About

I am Joshua Crump, a Server Engineer with over 10 years in Windows infrastructure. My career has covered environments ranging from managed service providers supporting 150+ clients to enterprise and public sector infrastructure, with roles spanning from hands-on Tier II/III support to server engineering and team lead responsibilities.

My work centers around keeping systems reliable, understandable, and maintainable. I enjoy building clean infrastructure, documenting how things work, and improving processes that make support and administration easier.
